Program Requirements
To ensure a smooth process, we have a few simple guidelines:
✔ You must have a valid, active real estate license in good standing.
✔ The property must not have been listed on the MLS in the past 30 days.
✔ The seller must not have already requested an offer from us or been referred within the last 180 days.
✔ Agent-owned homes and transactions involving Institutional Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) are not eligible for referral fees. (This ensures a fair process and prevents potential conflicts of interest.)
